My Role
Built the customer portal frontend using ReactJS with Tailwind CSS, creating the dashboard interface, claims tracking system, and warranty document management views. Developed the Node.js REST API layer connecting the portal to Label Garantie's backend warranty management systems with secure data exchange.
Challenges & Solutions
The primary challenge was ensuring real-time synchronization between the customer portal and Label Garantie's backend warranty systems while maintaining strict data security for sensitive customer and financial information. This was solved by implementing encrypted API communication with token-based authentication, optimistic UI updates for instant feedback, and a polling mechanism with smart caching to keep warranty data consistently up-to-date.
