My Role
Led full-stack development of the TunisiaTrip platform using Next.js for the frontend and NestJS for the backend API. Designed the PostgreSQL database schema, implemented the multilingual content system, built the booking engine, and configured CI/CD pipelines with Docker deployment.
Challenges & Solutions
Building a performant multilingual platform that handles thousands of daily visitors while maintaining fast load times required careful optimisation of database queries, implementing edge caching strategies, and structuring the content system to support dynamic language switching without full page reloads.
